Lucky 12’s Spicy Cajun Remoulade


1 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced onion
1 cup white vinegar
1 oz. capers
½ Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
4 cups mayo
4 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
½ Tbsp. kosher salt
½ Tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. coriander

Put first 5 ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth. Transfer to large bowl and combine remaining ingredients and whisk until well incorporated.
We serve this sauce with our fried oysters, but it can go with just about anything.
