From the sea, and from the land…all enjoyed on the water (and with wine)! Join us at Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar in Pirate’s Cove Marina for a memorable evening of creative cuisine and delicious wines.
1st Course – Oyster Shooter – Chef’s choice oyster with vodka, bloody mary mix, cucumber puree, lemon-honey horseradish, and Old Bay rim
2nd Course – Seared Sea Scallops, baby arugula, pickled beets, goat cheese, and pumpkin seed pesto – Dr. Loosen Riesling
3rd Course – Crispy Pork Belly, thai curry broth, quail egg, cashews and cilantro – Rose Minuity
4th Course – Ancho glazed beef brisket, smashed fingerling potatoes, and crispy onion rings – Evolution Pinot Noir
5th Course – Baileys and coffee semifreddo with an oreo cookie crust – Graham’s Port
