With experience ranging from fresh baked bread to fine dining, the chef and co-owner Jes Gray has put a personal touch on the menu of homemade Italian classics, and her husband Eric brings with him years of restaurant experience down to the Outer Banks. Come try a slice to start, but you’re missing out if you don’t give the made-to-order chicken parmesan a chance.
