It doesn’t get much better than an evening of oysters and wine…on the water! Reserve a seat at our table (with a view, of course) as Chef Evan Hayes creatively prepares oysters five different ways, all paired perfectly with wine. Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar, located in Pirate’s Cove Marina has become a favorite destination by oysters lovers. Join us for a memorable evening! Space is limited.
1st Course – Oyster Shooter, local oyster, vodka, lemon honey horseradish, cucumber puree, Bloody Mary mix, and Old Bay rim
2nd Course – Hatteras Island Oysters with cucumber mignonette, fire roasted coriander (Muscadet, La Berriere, France)
3rd Course – Oyster Stew with mirepoix, fresh thyme, and cornbread croutons (Sauvignon Blanc, Ponga, New Zealand)
4th Course – Broiled James River Oysters on the 1/2 shell topped with country ham, spinach, sambuca butter, and fennel salad (Lager D’Cervera, Spain)
5th Course – Fried Oyster Slider with bacon jam, sliced avocado, red onion, and chili lime aioli (Gruner Veltliner Stat Krems, Austria)
6th Course – Buttermilk Waffle topped with smoked maple and bacon pecan praline ice cream (Cre’mant De Limoux Gerard Bertrand, France)
