Pig & Pinot 6-Course Wine Dinner

Join us on Friday night at The Saltbox Café as Chef Randolph prepares his favorite – pork! We will enjoy a six-course tasting menu (yes, that even includes dessert) of succulent pig, pork belly, array of bacon, pork shoulder and many other preparation of pig.
Each course will be paired with one of the most diverse and delicate grapes, Pinot Noir. Meet and greet with wine Sommelier, Steve Eudy, of Empire Wine Distributing, as we taste high-end Pinto Noir from top vineyard sites out of California, Oregon and Burgundy, France. A night filled with fun, laughs, food, wine and a few surprises. Seating is very limited. Please buy your tickets early and when this event is sold out it is truly sold out as we cannot add any more seating.
Gratuity is NOT included in this ticket price. Please bring some pocket cash for tipping your servers.
This is a pre-fixe menu, so please no food allergies or restrictions.
