Inspired Pairings – Elevating Food with Wine and Beer

Let your tastebuds be amazed when you join us for a walk-around tasting of a selection of Chef Neil’s inspired hors d’oeuvres paired with a wine or craft beer. Learn how and why different foods can be elevated to a new taste experience by the right beverage. Blue cheese stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto with a Belgian Ale anyone? (yes, please) We’ll have this and more to taste at stations set up throughout our mezzanine. This is a drop-in tasting so come by anytime between 6-9pm to enjoy.
