Duck, Bourbon and Beer 5 Course Dinner

Join us at the Outer Banks Brewing Station and enjoy a five course duck dinner hosted by Maple Leaf Farms, paired with our house beer and select bourbons.

Charcuterie Board: Duck prosciutto, cheese, beer crackers, honeycomb and scuppernong jam
App: Duck Banh Mi Canapes – Toasted bread with duck pate, sliced duck breast, with pickled veggies and herbs
Salad: Mixed greens, goat cheese, pickled rhubarb, strawberries, onion duck, craklins tossed in a hop vinaigrette
Entree: Purple sweet potato gnocchi with duck leg confit, spring pea puree, with a bourbon and blueberry gastrique, finished with fried shallots
Dessert: Pears sauteed in our Naughty and Spiced beer with ginger cake and Proper Stout milk chocolate ice cream
