Looking for AM shift (6am-2pm) and PM shift (3pm-11pm). Following menu to Executive Chef and Hilton standard requirements. Prepping for your next shift. Help with dishes (cleaning/stocking) when needed. Help with stocking away food truck deliveries. Cleaning and maintaining high health and cleanliness standards. Orchestrating and executing meals for banquets/wedding events (100+ pp). Understand the importance of and executing portioning of foods appropriately. Have great time management skills. Be able to follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) explicitly. ServSafe certified not required, but preferred.
