Ready for CHANGE! Now HIRING for FULL TIME. We are looking for committed, passionate, professional CHEFS to be part of our Hard Working / Fun Loving / Dedicated Culinary TEAM. We smoke, cure, brine, pickle, source local eggs, seasonal vegetables, bake in house, churn ice creams and sorbets. Seasonally Southern is our cooking style, (w/ ethnic and regional influences) WE HAVE FUN COOKIN’. These positions will start with very thorough training and then become full time ASAP! Benefits such as paid vacation, sous chef opportunities and profit sharing become available as well. Did we mention we DO NOT WORK on Thanksgiving Day; nor, the week of Christmas, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or the Day after Christmas! The BLUE POINT; CELEBRATING 29 YEARS OF GOOD TASTE! This is the job for an excited and passionate cook who wants to BE PART OF A TEAM ORIENTED KITCHEN and to see, learn and understand first hand what it takes to work in, and run, a TEAM driven kitchen.
40 hour work week and over time available for all positions.
