Must have a minimum of two year experience. Prepare and present both hot and cold entrees based on Captain George’s policies and procedures. Work in fast paced, high pressure environment, while multi-tasking. Lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Follow all health and sanitation standards. Good personal hygiene must be maintained at all times.
