Tasting a wine from the past is a very interesting and unique experience. Every vintage and bottle has a story and just like the cliché goes, wine really does get better with age. A bottle of vintage wine, from opening to finish, has at least four different flavors, depending on the time the bottle was opened until the last drop is gone. If you haven’t had the pleasure of drinking well-aged wine, you are in for a treat.

We are breaking open Chip’s coveted wine cellar and will be tasting these treasures together. This will surely be a unique and rare treat for everyone from the novice wine taster to the experienced wine Connoissuer. Cheese will also accompany the tasting to provide another layer of palate pleasures.
