When TRIO opened in 2011 we began to cultivate a cellar of unforgettable beers that would age just as well as fine wines. After years of cellaring we have decided to break out a handful of our favorite aged brews to the public.  We invite those who have a passion for tasting and learning to join us for a lunch focusing on beers that will delight the senses. Lunch will be composed of an assortment of vintage beers, one of our delicious paninis and chips.
