Vegan “Seefood” Dinner

The Outer Banks Brewing Station invites you to enjoy a 5 course vegan dinner with chef Tony Duman as he navigates you through his secrets of vegan cooking. Jay Ammons, our head bartender, will dazzle you with his knowledge of his selected beverages.
Hearts of Palm Ceviche
Hearts of palm marinated with coconut milk, citrus juice, onion, avocado and culantro. Served with plantain chips
Cazadores tequila margarita with lime juice, cilantro simple syrup and soda water
Eggplant Unagi (Japanese freshwater eel)
Japanese eggplant sliced, pan fried and glazed. Served over rice with sesame seeds and scallions
Saki, ginger and lychee martini
Chickpea and Artichoke Crab Cakes
2 Chickpea and artichoke cakes pan fried and served over a roasted corn puree.
Absolut vodka Bloody Mary with house made bloody Mary mix
Hearts of Palm Fish and Chips
Beer battered hearts of palm fried golden brown served with hand cut fries and a dash of vinegar
Aviation Gin, cucumber and lime tonic
Surprise dessert and drink !! Tony and Jay will come up with something delicious
Don’t drink alcohol? No problem you have options as well.
