Rowan will guide guests through an initial tasting of oysters from various ‘merrior’ followed by six more courses of creative oyster dishes prepared by award-winning Chef and Sommelier Daniel Lewis, each paired with an exciting wine for a complete dinning experience. Autographed copies of The Essential Oyster available (not included in dinner fee). Seating is limited.
