Oyster Velouté, Hatteras Oysters in a creamy broth with potatoes, celery and onions served with Sweet Carolina Lake Mattamuskeet Tobacco Onion strings

Currituck Green Tomatoes served with House made Pimento Cheese and roasted red pepper aioli Paired with Wild Pony White 32%Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Gris, 18% Viognier, 14% Sauvignon Blanc, and 16% Chardonnay make this smooth sipper our #1 dry wine and best seller.
Or Kitty Hawk Blonde with a clean crisp flavor, light color and great balance between hops and malt. Truly a drinkable beer. We start with the finest barley from counties Munster and Leinster, Ireland.

Second Course: Choice of
Colington Soft Shell Crab Golden Fried or Broiled with a fire roasted jalapeno and cherry tomato salsa and sweet pepper remoulade

Double Cooked, Roasted then Fried Crisp, Pork Belly on a bed of Carolina Gold Rice and Cheerwine Cola Glaze
Paired with Pearl is Handcrafted from 78% Albarino, a Spanish White grape that has found a home in
Currituck County and 22% Viognier. It is our boldest and most complex white selection. Nuances of
melon, peach and tropical fruit aromas accompany lemon zest and ripe apricots on the palate.

Third Course: Choice of
Char Grilled Sweet Tea Brined chicken quarter with House Chow Chow, Cheddar Cheese Grit cake and grilled asparagus
or
Local Caught Albemarle Sound Rockfish with Hot Honey Glaze, sweet potato and pancetta hash, oven charred broccoli
Paired with Coastal Collage Red Blend; this fine red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and
Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s our example of the quality of Bordeaux varietals grown in North Carolina. Dried
Cherries, Blackberry, Violets and Cinnamon jump out of the glass.

Fourth Course: Desserts Choice of
Banana Pudding, using our Classic Southern recipe.
