Spice Focused Wine Pairing Dinner

The Flying Fish Café is proud to present a special Chef’s menu dinner presentation and wine pairing.

Select wines and full pairing using local ingredients and organic sustainable wines.


Reception: Colle Massari Vermentino


1st Course: Jolivet Attitude Sauvignon Blanc
Roasted Rockfish Goat Cheese Taco with Lime, Cilantro, Napa Cabbage, Peppers, Onions


2nd Course: Valckenberg Gewurtztraminer
Cinnamon Turmeric Foi Gras over Fresh Cut Shoestring Fries and Housemade Sauerkraut


3rd Course:  Vinmaggio Morino Chianti Sangiovese
Housemade BBQ Chicken Smoked Gouda Pizza


4th Course:  Pigeoulet Rouge Grenache
Veal or Pork Osso Buco, Risotto, Sautéed Spinach, Shallots


Dessert:  Twenty Rows Grappler Zinfandel
Warm Dark Chocolate Red Chili Pound Cake, Vanilla Bean Mascarpone Cream
