Southern Classics, Reinvented: Five Course Prix-Fixe Dinner

Join us for a special five-course dinner of Southern classics done the Brine and Bottle way, with a contemporary interpretation by our Executive Chef and Co-Owner, Andrew Donovan and Executive Sous Chef Drew Vaughan.
Among other cornerstones of Southern Cuisine, old favorites like Chicken & Waffles will get a modern spin that is certain to surprise and delight. Optional wine pairing may be added at time of event.
