“OBX Only” Sushi And Sake Dinner at Haoles will take a unique twist on sushi as you may know it! Today, most sushi bars use products that are imported using fish and other ingredients from Japan. Why not eat real “OBX Only” sushi featuring all LOCAL fish; freshly caught, cleaned and trimmed in-house an up to FDA sushi grade standards. This special multi-course menu will include Cobia, Wahoo, Tuna, Red Drum, Flounder and as much as can be caught locally for the event. Includes local oysters, shrimp and even softshell crab. Only the soy sauce, ginger, wasabi and seaweed papers will be purveyed elsewhere.
