Meet Chef Todd Bryant of Buddha’licious, featuring authentic Asian cuisine with modern techniques; Chef Chuck Read of Salt Water Grill, known for contemporary coastal favorites using locally sourced seafood and produce; and Chef Mark Anthony of Metropolis, the Outer Banks most chic Tapas and martini bar.
