We are in the midst of explosive growth in North Carolina cheese making with more cheese being made in the state than ever before. And the cheeses being made offer great variety in styles. From soft, creamy Brie-style cheeses, to robust washed rinds, to savory-sweet blues, North Carolina cheesemakers are producing world-class cheeses with global influence. Join TRiO owner Jennifer Minnich as we taste some of our favorites and learn about the cheesemakers behind them. Wine will accompany the tasting. Attendance is limited to just 20 so please order early. Once this event is sold out it is truly sold out!
