Crab stuffed mushrooms, topped with a chardonnay and garlic cream sauce
Bacon wrapped sea scallops over vegetable couscous with a Woodford Reserve Bourbon sauce
Oven baked crap dip with warm flat bread
Entrée (Choice of 1):
Ethridge Seafood broiled flounder, stuffed with house made crab cake, and jumbo NC shrimp. Served over a potato cake, and asparagus with a lemon butter drizzle.
Bourbon Ribeye Sliced Sterling Ribeye Steak, with Woodford Reserve Bourbon sauce. Served with roasted gemstone baby potatoes, and asparagus.
Blackened Tuna – Etheridge Seafood blackened Yellowfin tuna steaks, topped with a watermelon pico de gallo, and pickled watermelon rinds. Served with coconut sticky rice, and roasted asparagus.
Sweet Course (Choice of 1)
Hummingbird Cake Shooter – Mo’s hummingbird cake in a shot glass, with pineapple ice cream, and crushed candied walnuts
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie – House made chocolate peanut butter pie with whipped cream and chocolate sauce
Tie Dye Cheesecake – Tie Dye swirl cheesecake with a graham cracker crust. Served with a raspberry compote.
