Tapas Fusion Night with Celebrity Chef Michael Smith

What can happen when James Beard award-winning and nationally renowned Kansas City Chef Michael Smith teams up with our outstanding Chef Pok and Chef Tony in the Brewing Station’s kitchen? Creative and innovative TAPAS!!

Chef Michael Smith, bringing his extraordinary tapas ideas and skills straight from his highly successful tapas restaurant Extra Virgin in Kansas City, and in collaboration with our beer-centric Chefs, have created a one-night only menu of small plates designed to delight and amaze you. $30 gets you your choice of 3 small plates and a glass of award-winning Brewmaster Scott Meyer’s brew or a specially paired wine selection.

This kind of collaboration is a Taste of the Beach first! You’re in the culinary hands of an amazing pairing of talents and are sure to be blown away by the dishes offered. Innovative and never boring, dynamic and far-reaching, this evening will be an impressive display and delight on your tastebuds. An event not to be missed.

Dinner runs from 4:30-10pm with reservations highly recommended. After purchasing your tickets, please call the Brewing Station directly (252-449-BREW) to reserve a time to dine for you and your whole party. You also have a $25 option that doesn’t include any alcohol, if you would rather.
