Ocean Boulevard Bistro & Martini Bar is seeking a qualified, professional individual to work in to a Lead Line Cook position. As the year progresses, there is room for advancement as a Lead Line Cook and/or In House Sous Chef. We are open for dinner seven nights a week and do catering as well. We prepare our own food using quality ingredients sourced locally and regionally. Applicant must have at least two years line cooking experience and be able to work well with others. Experience in a high volume restaurant which cooks food to order is a plus. This is a year round position and overtime is available in season and around holidays.
