This special midday experience features Tastefully Fit Bowls, a build-your-own format where guests choose from fresh, vibrant ingredients rooted in the principles of clean eating, balanced nutrition, and functional wellness. During his live cooking demo, Chef Wes will showcase his signature approach to creating delicious, healthy meals designed to fuel your body without sacrificing the flavor. Learn tips to elevate your home cooking, and get inspired by Blue Zone/Tastefully  Fit philosophy of vibrant, healthy living.  Once Chef Wes wraps up, everyone will enjoy the mouth watering dishes he's prepared, paired with a freshly brewed or cold coffee brews from Shore Coffee Roasters.
