This event will have your taste buds working overtime! We are pairing four food courses with four accompanying beverages. We’re offering some “classic” style eats and drinks, and we’re sourcing the seafood as locally as possible. We expect that those who choose to come to our event will not be in a rush and should expect to be with us for a minimum of an hour and a half. This is event is offered Thursday, Friday, and Sunday and has a rolling start time – meaning you arrive anytime you like (for lunch or dinner). Because this multi-course event will take some time to enjoy, we ask that the latest arrival time be 7:30pm Reservations are not necessary, but for large parties it would help us to better serve you. Charcuterie plate with Chef’s selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, pickles, peppers, olives, crackers, and accouterments. It’s huge and, in previous years, the customers went absolutely nuts over it. We spare no expense and the competing flavors result in taste bud overload! Served with a Moscow Mule or choice of any Martini.
Choice of Oyster Rockerfeller (4) The classic on the shell concoction.
Turducken Roulade sitting on a pool of rosemary giblet gravy (a roll of turkey, duck, and chicken breasts, along with three distinct stuffings). Served with a glass of crisp Covey Run Riesling.
Broiled Seafood Combination (flounder, shrimp, scallops, and a crab cake with a side of our lemon chive butter, Brabant style fried potatoes, and fresh veg). Suggested included beverage is a glass of Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay.
Filet Oscar (6oz. filet mignon and grilled asparagus topped with lump crabmeat and Bearnaise sauce). Served with Brabant style potatoes. Suggested included beverage includes a glass of Calores Del Sol Malbec.
White Chocolate Bread Pudding (award winning) in a whiskey sauce served heated and topped with vanilla bean ice cream.
