Four Entree Cooking Class
Chef Lee Miller opens his galley teaching and preparing four "chef-level" entrees that you can easily replicate in your own kitchen. You will learn to cook and sample four complete entrees. While preparing each delicacy, Chef Lee will demonstrate "side-skills" - cooking techniques including making your own cooking "essentials". You will eat heartily throughout the class so a light to no breakfast is recommended. "Cooks" should arrive between 9:45am and 10:00am to settle their belongings, get a morning beverage, and grab an apron! Questions, cameras, and video cameras are welcome. Dress comfortably and bring your appetite!

The Outer Banks Brewing Station presents its Brew School, hosted by Master Brewer Scott Meyer (WBC, GABF medal winner, certified beer judge, Sebiel Brewing School Graduate, and Alchemist Supreme). Join Scott at the Outer Banks Brewing Station as he takes students through a visual explanation of the brewing process and then a tasting session with 5 oz. glasses of the current OB Brewing Station beer selections concentrating on beer styles, identifying major flavor characteristics and terminology.
Class comes with homework! Each student will leave with a 1/2 liter bottle-conditioned seasonal OB Brewing Station beer and a souvenir logo glass to drink it in!

Pamlico Jack’s Pirate Hideaway and Elizabeth R & Co. join talents to present the second evening performance of Bloody Mary! Executive Chef Lee Miller fashions a royal smorgasbord and re-defines buffet! A dinner and show unlike any other!
This hysterical historical farce proves that the refinement of royalty only strengthens sibling rivalry. Rivals in life, companions in death, and hysterically funny in the after life. A twist of fate entombed Queen Elizabeth I and a bitter enemy, her sister Queen Mary I together in Westminster Abbey. As they lay in their tombs, they are kept up to date on current affairs thanks to the tour groups traversing the Abbey. Each night they rise from their tombs to continue their ageless battle of history, wit, and mutual disdain – to the death! Monologues, song, dance, jokes and taunting. A Royal Cat Fight!
Until this event you could only enjoy Bloody Mary as part of a select schedule of performances at Roanoke Island Festival Park. This play is exclusive and it is only preformed on The Outer Banks.
Following the performance everyone is invited to meet the cast, get autographs and photos with the Queen.
